Aquarius update - no longer deprecated

In December I shared that my verification service, Aquarius (verify.nezto.re) was deprecated and would shut down on the 12 June 2024.

I am pleased to share that this is no longer the case, and instead ownership will be transferred to another developer - Conmmander.

We are still working on the details of how this replacement will work, but the aim will be to maintain compatibility.
